Big warning to anyone interested in the Play Logia NV group. This is winunique.

Closed the account last year as done my balls on gambling (mainly horses). See screenshots below.

They were not able to do maths so added my deposits wrong and said they came to for 450 euros (they come to 600 euros). SO they stole the 1500 euros in my account.

They ignored all emails and the court order against them. When I tried paying enforcement the rangers could not locate a physcial address....

Is it just me, or does the email make little sense at all?

"we have increased your deposit limit to 500 euros per week, for a faster process, and also have restricted your future deposits in our casino" 😀.

Is it some kind of very bad translation?

Anyway, the total deposited sum is €600. How come they stole €1500 from your account, please? Oh, I see, due to an extremely unfair rule when your withdrawal limit is reduced by your total deposits. Why did you even play there, I wonder...

Frankly, I'd say you have been warned - seek out its "safety index"

Thank you for your usually rude and blunt response. Casino guru always delivers.....

The rule is if your total deposits are less then 500 euros you can only cash out (MAX 10x your last deposit).....My total lifetime have been 600. So their rule doesnt apply no matter how you look at it. It's simply theft.

Your safety index is laughable based on the amount of russian run casinos you have given good scores to.

Please don't hijack the thread as we will not agree on the way your 'business' is run.

That was brave...

Well, this forum also serves as a place for advice based on other's experiences. You sound like a reader to me, so what did you expect? We aim to address player's concerns, as you probably know.

May I insist on my question? I mean, do you regularly check the casinos you plan to play in, or do you do that only after some complications arise?

Are you truly surprised that a casino with a very low safety index is acting accordingly?

Have you seen this?

"High value of withheld winnings in player complaints in relation to the casino's size"

We all make mistakes, but wouldn't it be best to learn from them rather than toss around blind hate?

"Casinos with a Very low Safety Index usually have many relevant complaints from players or other relevant issues. In general, we don't recommend playing at casinos with a Very low Safety Index."

If you care to play in casinos with dumb and totally unfair rules (yes, the withdrawal limitation based on previously made deposits is purely unfair), feel free to visit the forum and say:

"Your safety index is laughable based on the amount of russian run casinos you have given good scores to."

Surely it makes sense.

Good luck, dear player. Stay awesome 🙏
