Wintopia won't let me withdraw despite numerous complaints made to the service center.

The collection is still pending, it's been 10 days now and unfortunately the service doesn't give me an answer as to why they won't let me collect it. How is it possible that a bookmaker doesn't let you withdraw your winnings??? First time it's happened to me in my life and no one gives me answers!

What actually comes to my mind is, that you haven't gone thru the verification process, yet. We usually give casinos 14 full days to have the verification done. Please let us know whenever you have any updates regarding this issue.

Yes, I have already checked the documents, in fact the first time I played it made me withdraw. I have the doubt since in both cases I won much more than what I deposited, now they find themselves a liability with me. And now they're dragging it out, most likely just because they hope I'll play them again and lose!!!

So in this case I would definitely recommend not to do anything with the money and leave it in the player's account until everything is sorted out.

I meant sports betting, not casino betting. Only on the web I haven't found any forum about it, here is the only one where I've seen people make complaints and there are answers. Yes, I have no alternative but to leave them there, and hope they don't stay with them forever!
