Winnings gone, kicked off for inactivity

I took a 100 free spin promo. After 2 hours worth of playing mutiple games, i clicked on a restricted game. Since it said restricted i backed out never playing the game. I had 180 built up. So i had not looked down at my total in maybe 5-10 spins. I was betting 1.20 a spin, and when i looked back down 40 was my total. I had just reached where i could cash out too i will add and i got kicked off due to inactivity it said. I had to play through like 1300 bucks. Did all that to have it pulled right as i was where i could cash out. F this casino for wasting two hours of my night. I wont be back

Hi, can I also know what casino is involved in this case ? 

As for the bonus itself, did you try to consult with support that it kicked you out and wrote you this message ? I think in such cases it would be good to know how to proceed or to get some explanation from the casino what could have happened.
