Vulkan Vegas Casino keeps declining my Withdraw (page 2)

Yep I'm just waiting for the timer to go 0 I understand the time needed but this casino it feels like I'm talking to bots not humans by the answers they give it's copy paste no other casino it's been so hard to find a solution it's frustrating to not get proper answers also after they told 1-2 days to go over a week and the entire process it's almost 2 weeks my profile was verified when I tried 1st to withdraw when they declined they didn't contact me I was the one they asked for some more docs provided did another withdraw when they got approved then the same thing happened but since then this is taking 2 long they check 7 of 9 docs the leftovers are like 5 mins of your life of you see you will understand what I mean

Good or not its been almost 2 weeks about this KYC and struggling about withdraw when it was deposit time it was easy to accept that's why they should be asking everything from the start and not look for excuses after that I just feel that way in my past I had once more a problem like that but it was solved the casino didn't asked for more and more until it was nothing left

I believe that every player can ask the casino to get verified BEFORE making the first deposit.

Mostly, casinos verify accounts with active withdrawals, because the withdrawal triggers the verification. There is no need to verify every depositing player because lots of players will not get it to the first withdrawal at all.

May I ask you a question?

Would you go through the verification immediately after registration and wait several days to get it finished, or would you rather find a casino where you can start playing immediately?

Yea my profile was verified that's what I'm telling but when I tried to withdraw they just found excuses about my card that I tried to deposit while I had my winnings

Then they asked me for some card photos got approved tried to withdraw again and then they came up with the bank screenshots that is taking forever for some strange reason I don't make that mistake to make a deposit before the verification I did on the past on another casino but I struggled when I won an amount of money so after that when I register I do the verification process wait until I'm ready then boom I don't know if I got you somewhere confused

I think that I understand what has happened and now I think that only your personal info was verified firstly, but the payment method was verified afterward.
