Does anyone have any experience with Viperwin? I'd appreciate answers. After trusting the platform with hundreds of euros in deposits, I now have €3,550.17 in my funds, which haven't been withdrawn, not even once. I see that they're operating without a valid license, and I'm afraid I've been scammed.
Hello, I have seen that other players are solving a similar problem. What I would take as a positive sign is that at the end of January the casino resolved the complaint and I hope that this will be the case for you and other players as well. 13 days is quite a long time and I guess I would like to know a reasonable reason why this is the case, did the casino mention something to you as well?
As for the license, according to our review they have Anjouan but I'll check it just to be sure.
I believe that we will soon contact the casino and hopefully they will give us the answers we are looking for and you will get your money.
Hello, the only answer I constantly get is that I will soon receive my money, that there is a high volume of requests, that I can rest assured that my money is safe and my account is completely in order, reviewed and correct, and constant apologies. Honestly, I have spent more than I should have and I need you to refund my withdrawal requests. I don't know what else to do, I have complained countless times.
From bad to worse, now I don't even have access to the chat, they don't answer emails, and despite having assured me that my account was reviewed and in order, they still do absolutely nothing. As you can see in the screenshot, this is how my withdrawals are from March 30th to today, April 17th.
I am leaving you my last conversation with Viperwin so you can see that according to them it is only a delay, and so that they do not cause any kind of problem or problem if you contact them about the reason for not withdrawing my funds. They assure you that my account is all correct and that it is only a delay.

Thanks for the screenshots and conversation.
We'll have to be patient in this case, even though I know you've been around quite a bit. Our team is working to help you, so once you're verified and everything is fine on your side, we'll have to wait for the casino. I'm going to hope it works out, don't gamble with the money and even though I know it's tough, try to hang in there.
Please tell me if it's possible that Casino Guru needs to verify me via email or whatever is necessary to resolve this as soon as possible and contact Viperwin. I have debts to settle with my own money that are causing me major financial problems, and I have no right to have the money not be in my bank account after 20 days, especially when in a single day a person can deposit €1,000, maybe €2,000...€3,000? And for that, there are no problems or issues with Viperwin.
If anyone reading this thread believes it is decent, serious, and fair for an online casino to hold a player's withdrawals for 20 days, and even longer when you have deposited perhaps more than the amount you have in the account funds, please reply to this thread and ask how you would feel or what your opinion is on all this. I am attaching screenshots of the last conversation, once again complaining, and their responses, that they do not have the capacity to process withdrawals for all their clients in a serious and formal manner like other houses.

You cannot speed up the process. The casino has to pay you the money and when we try to help, I mean to be patient. It's not gonna happen without that. We have hundreds or thousands of complaints from players about different casinos, so it's impossible to go back to one player at a time.
Okay, in the meantime, I'll make all of this and its other sister companies as public as possible, here at Casino Guru and on all possible networks. I don't want this nameless atrocity to happen to other people and for them to suffer something like this without being able to turn to anything or anyone who can deliver real and dignified justice.
The latest thing I've heard about VIPERWIN is already a joke... I don't receive my withdrawals because of my payment provider, which is a SEPA bank transfer, and once a transfer is made, I receive it instantly ALWAYS. One of the best things I've heard today.

I understand that you tell me that I cannot speed up the process, but I don't understand why, after waiting 7 days for a response to my complaint, they respond by saying "if I canceled the withdrawal, I must wait another 14 days." When I haven't canceled any withdrawals, things have been the same since March 30th, and I have never mentioned having canceled the withdrawals.

Thanks for the screenshots and conversation.

And no, I'm not going to cancel any withdrawals or play a single cent with a casino that delays payments with a single purpose and in many cases succeeds. That's why there are so many complaints that the player no longer responds to and you close them... the player lost his money. The casino wins, and it continues operating the same way, freezing withdrawal money for weeks and weeks, and at Casino Guru with high reviews...
