It has been resolved, seems to have been an issue on their end which meant my wagers weren't being registered for a deposit i made


They've resolved it now and i was able to withdraw

Viper spins closed my account after i won 50k

They happily took 5k off me each day and then when i won 50k they didnt respond to email and have no 2 weeks later deleted my account.

Hi Luke, I'm not entirely sure where it states banking withdrawals are within 72 hours. International banking for any casino can take 1-10 business days, for that we have no control. Your withdrawal was constantly rejected due to you not understanding how to follow New Zealand banking information (your country). Attached as a document is our staff literally explaining to you how to do so. Correct documentation is also key with online casinos, very rarely do we have a player that can't follow a basic format.


Noting also, it's been 2 business days since your withdrawal was also accepted (once you got your banking information right)

Hello there my name is Jovan Smiljanic, my user name on Viperspin is jovansmiljanic1996@outlook.com. (Talking in Australian time) So on Tuesday last week 19th of 12 2023 at 19:19:00 I made a withdrawal of 2500,than I ended up winning more and i made another withdrawal request on Wednesday mornig 20th of 12 2023, which combined now had a maximum value of 4200 a week i can take out leaving my balance still on over 5k at this stage after performing withdrawals. Thursday around 2pm I had money in my Australian bank account not 2 separate transaction but one transaction of 4200. Hi, I read the whole conversation you had with the casino and I saw that they told you that they emailed you. You have a problem with the withdrawal or the time in which you can enter another one. The time is calculated weekly from when the money arrives in your account or from when the withdrawals were made. So if you say that you withdrew on 19 and 20 December and the money arrived on 21 December, then a week from which date you can withdraw again ? 

However, I would be very happy if everything could be solved with a cool head and you could withdraw your money. Could you answer my question then ?

We have never said he can't withdrawal his funds, we have explained via email that there is withdrawal limits in place.

He has received many replies to his numerous emails and we will continue to reply to his emails.

We don't appreciate comments being spammed across this forum after you have received email responses.

You are welcome to request a withdrawal and it will be processed and paid as soon as possible.

Yes I understand and I didn't come across that the player will not receive money. I was just trying to better understand the timeframe in which the player can ask for a withdrawal again. 

However, since I see that it is possible to do so based on this answer, I think it could all turn out well.
