Vibebet - Behaving Like Criminals

People need to be aware.

I have played at Vibebet (HNA group) for 4 months.

They are utterly disgraceful. EVERY withdrawal I have done they rerequest proof of address KYC. You go through almost 3 weeks of uploading documents getting verified on sumsub and them requesting the same documents over and over.

The chat on the site is not english and copies and pastes responses making NO SENSE.

There are no responses to email and the KYC team won't respond to you.

I have had to contact sumsub!

What I'm curious about is whether the casino gave you a proper explanation as to why you have to submit the same documents every time you make a withdrawal, even though your account has already been verified.

Also, when you requested your withdrawals, did you eventually receive the money?

Now they are refusing to process the withdrawal until yet ANOTHER PDF proof of address is uploaded. Thats now 5 different proof of addresses that have been verified by sumsub. I have nothing else.

They are literally abusing players. I have shared all this with them. They ignore it.

Well, based on the screenshot you provided, it doesn't say that they are asking you for another document. They are saying again that you are verified.

However, if you're constantly having problems and you don't know what else to do, I would recommend opening a complaint with us. I think that would be the best option if the casino keeps asking you for documents and then tells you that you're verified every time you provide them and again after that you have to send some documents.
