To whom it may concern I have to verify. My account and get verification of who I am to redeem but I did with my id i. got a email for confirmation so I sent in information for that and that was days ago no return emails but a automated system all I am saying it’s not a problem with them getting your money they don’t need to verify that so why is wa problem when I done sent in

May I ask in which casino are you experiencing this kind of issue, please? We are unable to help you, if you don't provide more information. Please try to be more specific.🙏 Is it related to the other post of yours, perhaps?

Yes I played on betempirecansio and deposit money and I did redeem but when request for winning I have to pay 118 bitcoin to get my winning and when I ask can I have it in bitcoins no emails was sent back. And I did deposit money into the casino.filefilefile

I am sorry that you have to go through this kind of experience.

Unfortunately, as said the other time, we usually are not able to deal with social casinos, and therefore we were not able to accept complaints for such casinos.

In the near future, though, we are preparing to start reviewing them as well, so maybe you should try to file a complaint here and our team will explain to you whether they could assist you regarding all this.
