Basically as the title said however the supervisor refused to provide me evidence of how I broke rules.

listed a bonus i apparently used however the bonus does not show in my transaction history.

Quit the chat on me twice and refused to provide me their complaint process or how to ask for a review.


I provided him screenshots of what records I had. He just basically then started to try other excuses..


and the withdrawal shows as Approved in my transaction history, he said this actually means denied 🤦🏻‍♀️

I will wait till your complaint is reviewed to see more details. The way I see it, you skipped the crucial parts, what did the casino claim? Which rules you were caused of breaching?

Just, make sure you provided all mentioned screenshots and records to the complaint too. That should speed up the process a bit.

They are no longer paying out withdrawal request, I made a withdrawal request 4/24/23 (about 6 weeks ago) and they have yet to approve the withdrawal request despite about a dozen emails back and forth of the assuring me that it would be processed.

I'd say it was a good decision.

Can you provide screenshots, then resend all emails later? I mean, Petronela is what we call "first response", I am pretty sure the complaint will be assigned to another handler soon, so you'll be asked to use his or her email address once the complaint reaches this stage.

Does it make any sense to you, please? 🙂
