It is about their initial 100% Bonus for the first deposit, which is 35 times the rollover, but somewhere in the rules that I have not come across anywhere, it is mentioned that the profit is limited to 10 times the amount of the bonus. So I was left with the feeling that I was damaged by about 2200 euros, which after scrolling were removed from my account. What about a starter bonus, where does my game profit go. Hi, did you get an offer on your email or where did you find out about the bonus ? Were there other conditions mentioned somewhere or were some not included and you didn't know about them ? Is that the problem ? Most of the time bonuses are subject to different terms and conditions, so maybe it's important how you got the offer because most of the time it comes to your email and if a lot of things were explained there, then maybe I wouldn't have thought to look at the terms and conditions. 

However, for future sessions it will be useful if you also check the Terms and Conditions because you can find other things there that might tell you important things about the bonuses.

If it was mentioned explicitly that you can get 10x from the bonus, then I wouldn't see that as a problem, because if they were hiding it and you didn't know about it, then it would be a problem. Of course, it's not for everyone and some people will say it's not enough and won't play with that bonus. That's probably the case when you found out. 😕

Well I would read everything after what I've seen from players who write here every day. There are many things where players can get caught but it is very important when playing with bonuses to find out what all is needed to complete it, how much the player can get out of it and so on. These are probably the most common things.
