I understand that this question is not simply about answering yes or no. Obviously the matter is more complex and I will not reduce it to one word. However, the way I understand the closure, it was not related to the casino in the end.:
"Since I have warned you multiple times about your messages and behavior, and this still appears to be an issue, I will now proceed to close this complaint as rejected.
Please note that this complaint is not being rejected because you are not eligible for a refund, but solely due to your overall inappropriate behaviour toward all parties involved."
Next time try to cooperate the best you can, although I get it is not easy.
I understand an apology is fine, but it is up to the casino whether they will be willing to get back to you as a customer. I would say that at this moment there are two problems—the complaint matter itself and the more complicated escalated conflict.
Sadly, it ended as it did.
