Unauthorized affiliate bonus application and impossible wagering requirement (Rollover 119x).

Hello, I am opening this complaint against the Stake.com casino (User: Alanwinchester).

I made a deposit of $1,050 MXN and, without my consent or having manually entered any code, the system activated a referral bonus that requires a wagering requirement (rollover) of $124,987.01 MXN. This represents more than 119 times my initial deposit, which is an abusive practice and mathematically impossible for a casual player.

I contacted Stake's technical support and they refused to process a "Bonus Forfeit" (bonus cancellation). They insist I must complete the full rollover before I can withdraw, denying me access to my initial capital.

I request the following:

1: That any affiliate code or bonus linked to my account be removed.

2: That my balance be restored to real money, allowing me to withdraw my funds after meeting the standard 100% wagering requirement (AML policy), without third-party bonus charges.

I have attached a screenshot showing the absurd amount they are demanding to bet.

Hello, I'm not convinced that the casino support will recognize your request here. This is merely a forum.

Are you aware of using any special link for accessing the site or depositing? I agree the rollover is an overkill.

The key issue is not only that the rollover is 119x. The important questions are how the bonus was activated, whether the player clearly agreed to it, and what the terms say happens to the original deposit if the bonus is cancelled.

I would ask support to identify the exact bonus, provide the terms that applied when it was activated, and show where consent was given. I would also request written confirmation of whether forfeiting the bonus would remove only the bonus and related winnings or also affect the original deposit.

Until that is clarified, I would keep screenshots of the balance, bonus history, deposit and support conversation and avoid placing further wagers that could complicate the transaction history.
