Hello,

I thought I would do a warning for people.

I have had a withdrawal pending with Thrillsy Casino (Bellona Group) for over 10 days. Fully verified and had withdrawal over a month ago.

They are ignoring emails and chat is deliberately terrible.

There are numerous players online not being paid out.

Having to attempt court action.

Be aware!

Hello,

Every time I come across such a post, I usually begin by checking the casino's safety index. In this case, I must say the result is not convenient. See for yourself by using this link.

If you don't mind, I'd suggest submitting a free-of-charge complaint through the Casino Guru Resolution Center. It may work out after all.

This guide provides additional details about the process.

How do you feel about this step?

This group has gone rogue and should be reflected on casinoguru asap.

I wouldn't bother with the complaints process here as Thrillsy will ignore CG unfort.

Maybe try court or a robin hood hacker or something?

Well, I can't confirm or deny whether they will ignore our team or not, but I think that you never pay anything for trying and at least we can try to help. So I personally would definitely give it a shot. If the casino doesn't respond, at least a small satisfaction will be that the casino will get black points and its rating will be downgraded.

They will ignore you. Ive just looked at past complaints, all ignored. All ignored on another well known site also, multiple player complaints popping up with the same thing. If you can find a physical address I would do court or use a robin hood hacker and go after their site. They'll pay if their site is affected for sure.

So it looks like you probably won't try it since you don't see any point in it, but I understand your decision. As for an address, unfortunately I don't have one, so I won't be able to be of any help. I'm sorry.
