One of the documents they required was a statement of my bank account in which my address appears (statement that does not exist since only my name appears) so I sent them a statement and a certificate of my address separately, so it could be verified perfectly, because I sent them documents for a week and none of them accepted it. They do not give me any solution to verify, and tired of their lack of professionalism, I left the balance at 0 to close the account, I told them that they will not answer me anymore because it was always the same answer. This has never happened to me anywhere to verify, and today my account remains open and unverified. Outraged with them, their lack of empathy and for making me spend money because they did not want to verify the account. Thank you. I told them that I would stop by here to leave my complaint.
