The money has not arrived.

I made several deposits, which always went through (€1,360). Finally, I transferred one last €1,000 to slimking5.com. The money was withdrawn from my bank account but not credited to my player account. I spoke with support, and they said it might take a while. Then I explained that I was in a very bad way and wanted my money back! They then blocked my account, and now my €1,000 is simply gone. I'm devastated 😩 Is there anything I can do? I would appreciate any helpful answers.
