Hello, I see you managed to get some money.
But what I'm interested in most is did you really chargeback from the bank? Or did the casino accuse you, according to you, falsely? 🤔
If you withdrew money from there and the casino paid you off, I wouldn't do it.
If, on the other hand, the casino doesn't want to pay you out for some reason they don't specify and doesn't respond to you, maybe that would be an option.
Anyway, be aware that chargeback can have a negative impact if you play in other casinos, so I would try to use the other options first and have chargeback as the last one.
I would recommend waiting for the complaint to develop and see what our team tells you.
Do you think you can handle it?
I did win, but they still owe me thousands, they won't respond to me they just gave me a message and said I tried to charge back transactions and deleted my account and IP banned me on my last withdrawal, I am trying to communicate with them now with no avail, I think I should charge back like they accused me of to get back what they still owe me, it's pathetic if I lived in another country where the casino laws didn't apply they would have paid me in full
I have deposited 10k+ they withdrew a good percentage of that but as soon as I get a good win they want to ban me for no apparent reason, I have got many friends to play the website who have also lost thousands, the whole gambling online is a massive scam in my country, it's actually pathetic
I would say that you have not found the best casino to play at. From what I have seen, it has a very low safety index, which probably says it all, and in such casinos it is more likely that problems will occur.
However, our team will try to get in touch with them to clarify everything they claim. We will see if we can do it, but as I said, it would be wise to wait because if you request a chargeback now, it can disrupt the whole process.
However, I can't hold you back and the decision is up to you.
