Hello all,

Unfortunately I am having to take action against casinoguru for failing players. There are NUMEROUS casinos on this site with links to russia that are taking players deposits and not allowing withdrawals (Goodwin, Haiti, 24k etc). Casinoguru has been made aware of this by myself and I believe 3 other players and yet these casinos still have a 5.9 to 7 rating on this site with NO WARNINGS that money is being stolen.

Would anyone be able to provide any of their experiences and also the company address for casinoguru so I can serve them papers.

If casinoguru believe they have no culpability here I am sure they will have no issue with keeping this post up....

Hello, danvale.

As far as I'm informed, you'd already exchanged several emails with JozefK regarding this situation. All information was provided, and all statements were explained to you directly. Our address is available and stated openly. We did not use any special was to contact the casino, hence we did not hide any contacts from you.

We suggested you should contact the licensing authority. As far as I know, you have not done so yet.

And yes, we evaluate casinos in our own way, you may not like it you - do not have to follow the reputation score either.

It's up to you completely.

I wish you a good day.

There's really no reason to delete this thread. You can tak an action against CasinoGuru for giving 5.9 rating to a casino on our website and saying they have "Unfair terms and conditions" and that "it's advisable to look for a better online casino to play at."

I am. I have also screengrabbed this as yet again, you are hiding from players the fact that one of your affiliated casinos STEALS DEPOSITS! You are complicit in this.
