Just wondering if anyone else has had any trouble with Syndicate Casino regarding withdrawal of funds from your account ? I won over $13000 and was refused even though I produced 4 types of verification documents. After complaining about not being paid, my account was blocked permanently and the $13000 in my account was confiscated. There's nothing I can do except warn others of my experience and hope that nobody else will get ripped off like I have. Avoid using Syndicate Casino at all cost.

Hi, did the casino tell you the reason why this situation occurred? Did you finally pass the verification or not? Did they explain why they confiscated your money? I don't think it's right that they just take it away from you and that's why it was a good move to file a complaint.

Now our team will investigate and try to find out what was the cause.

I hope it will be resolved fairly.

Their excuse or reason was that I used my partners visa card to deposit funds that I used to play with. I had my partners permission as I didn't have a visa card. I provided her card details along with mine as well as other identification documents proving my identity. I was more than happy for them to either transfer my winnings into the account used to deposit funds or into my bank account which I provided along with Utility Bills, my current Australian Driver's Licence and birth certificate. They just rejected everything I provided and permanently blocked me from the site and confiscated the $13000 I had won. I don't expect to get my winnings back, although it would be very nice if I did.

I understand a bit more of the situation. Many casinos are wary of such scenarios, and you should always use everything in your own name. Also the payment method because then such problems can arise. If you know that you want to deposit at a casino with a card other than your own, I would ask if it will be a problem and screenshot the answer. I know that in some cases it happened that the card was verified and some documents were delivered and it was ok, but not every casino has that and in most cases it is a violation of the rules.

So I'm not saying that a complaint will help you get your money but at the very least you can try and see if you can be helped.

Yes I understand that and have used my partners card on other sites and didn't have any problems withdrawing small amounts when we won. I did inform them and didn't actually get a reply so believed it wasn't going to be an issue. I kept depositing funds using my partners card and produced account information when trying to withdraw my winnings. I understand the chances of getting my money is probably impossible, which hurts because my partner and I live from week to week on a disability pension and have never won that much more before and probably never will again.

Well,

I'm sorry you had to go through this. Kindly take this as a raised finger if you catch my drift, because reading casino terms is a very important part of gambling.

Speaking of which, it might be best to find a less hazardous pastime for the two of you. Gambling with money you do not have the capacity to lose could go very wrong.

To keep up with safer gambling, I suggest you visit our section called Responsible Gambling 👈. Do that, please.

I've done a lot of hazardous things in my life, been hit by a car at the age of 7, got up and walked home. Had a horse land on top of me in a horse riding accident in my early teens, 1st car accident in my late teens, 2nd car accident in my mid 20s, 2 motorbike accidents in my late 30s and early 40s. Could've died in all of them yet I survived somehow. Being encouraged to try something less risky than having a gamble playing online pokies is almost laughable and insulting at best. These online casinos can do anything they want and will do whatever they can to keep the money they so easily make. I don't have a problem with gambling and like I said, do it for a bit of fun. It's always been a mug's game and I'm not a mug.

I can see that life has tried you quite a lot. But we don't have to take any bad things from what Radka said or take it personally. It's just for the sake of the players, because I know that someone can have it like you and not fall into gambling and someone not. Better to maybe try to help in time.

I would also say that if you can afford to spend some money then go ahead but if you're on the edge like you said, I wouldn't do it. There are a million other things you can spend money on that will be better spent than gambling. That's probably the point Radka was trying to make.

Also, as for your casino situation, next time it would be best if you avoid using the payment method which is not in your name because I believe 99% of casinos would have a problem with it anyway. If you don't get an answer to this question don't deposit until you've 100% verified it, because then it might turn out like this and you have no proof in your hand.
