I am waiting on a redemption from them as well. It started on January 14 and as of today January 31 still no payment. I am a verified player and this was won on a straight cash deposit. At first there support department responded quickly but when I tried to contact them now I am not getting a response of any kind. Is there anywhere a complaint can be filed? Any information is greatly appreciated....

Unfortunately, we won't be able to help because it is a social casino, and we don't really recommend them. It is due to the fact that they are not really safe, you know. As you say, there is no one you can contact and no one who can protect you there. Don't you think so?

Sweepslots owes me $25,000! I took my winnings up from $1,000. Waited over two months for a redemption and then the site went down for maintenance. When the site came back up, my money is gone!!!! I am not getting any response from the support contact and am afraid I will never retrieve my winnings. Please help! It is a Social Casino and don't know what else to do to retrieve my winnings. Any suggestions?

Attached is a photo of my last redemption confirmation email. I was only able to redeem $2,000 at a time. This was my first redemption of $25,000. This redemption was never processed. file

It's tough without a screenshot showing the full balance you had. Did they block your account? That's a significant amount of money and might be worth getting a law firm involved but you need to have all the evidence in place before even contacting them.

Please reply to some additional questions there whenever possible as well.

I believe that the amount that you had in your account will be shown in the account history, so there is no problem that you didn't take any screenshots.

Whenever our complaint team gets the chance to investigate it, we will be able to see it there.
