Suprabets have had 'bonus issues' for months...

Doing this thread to bring some attention to a casino Casinoguru rates as fantastic. Suprabets.

For over 3 months (see other players online) they casino has had issues with the bonus for casino. You deposit and the bonus does not show on any games. The casino repeatedly claims it is a known issue and is being fixed. However it never is. Who else sees through this? It's obviously a tactic as they know most players will deposit and spaff their money away without the bonus attached as the casino offers to 'remove the bonus and just play with cash'.

Again, so very dodgy.

Hi. This sounds really unpleasant and I surely understand your point of view. Unfortunately we can not do anything about it, as it completely up to the casino whether they provide any kind of bonuses on their site. Let me say it again, though I totally understand what you are saying here. I hope the casino will keep their promise and really fix the issue.
