A wonderful good evening everyone ..

Glad to have found the way here in the forum or on Casinoguru .. I registered on your site on a casino called https://supernova.im and used the 30Euro nodeposit bonus which was also transferred by me that would be around 1750 euros that I had to venture ... I wrote to support and they said I should first deposit 30 euros before I can pay out 70 euros (max cashout) ...

The whole thing would not be a problem for me, but the casino wants the 30 euros to be wagered once, that is, I have 70 euros on the nodeposit bonus account, pay 30 euros which I will definitely lose and cannot pay out the 70 euros because min. Cashout fee is 100 euro.

Is the casino a rip off? I am sure if I deposit 30 euros there will be no more winnings and I'm 70 euros as well as the 30

Here is a history of the support:

Hi, this is a normal thing, but I have few notes about it:

As you said the minimum withdrawal is 100, but you can only withdraw 70 from the bonus. The casino told you to deposit 30 and wager it 1x (that's a standard anti-money laundering rule). Yes, if you deposit only 30 and try to wager it 1x, the RTP from the slots is around 96%, so maybe you lose 2 eur out of your 30 eur deposit and you will have only 98 eur in total, which is below the minimum withdrawal.

Simple advise: deposit more. Let's say deposit 50, wager it 1x on a low volatility slot with good RTP (slots where you often win, but usually just smaller amounts - definitely don't play jackpots and do small bets). Yes, when you wager your 50, you'll most likely lose few eur (let's say 5), but then you'll be able to withdraw your 45eur + 70 from the bonus.
