Hi, this is a normal thing, but I have few notes about it:

As you said the minimum withdrawal is 100, but you can only withdraw 70 from the bonus. The casino told you to deposit 30 and wager it 1x (that's a standard anti-money laundering rule). Yes, if you deposit only 30 and try to wager it 1x, the RTP from the slots is around 96%, so maybe you lose 2 eur out of your 30 eur deposit and you will have only 98 eur in total, which is below the minimum withdrawal.

Simple advise: deposit more. Let's say deposit 50, wager it 1x on a low volatility slot with good RTP (slots where you often win, but usually just smaller amounts - definitely don't play jackpots and do small bets). Yes, when you wager your 50, you'll most likely lose few eur (let's say 5), but then you'll be able to withdraw your 45eur + 70 from the bonus.
