I don't understand how it's possible to delay a payment for 3 weeks without telling the player what's going on. Just please, make sure you don't gamble the money away while waiting for the withdrawal. I'd also suggest you to submit a complaint, because 3 weeks are simply too much without giving you any proper reason.
