I won 1902, - at slotjoint and wanted it paid out, delivered all documents and suddenly I should have presented all documents in English! after a complaint email they canceled the payment and reduced my winnings to 90 euros! I think that is extremely criminal and will also report this !!!

I been playing at slotjoint for 4 years, I won $2000 and now they want me to verified my account just so unreal now they want my bank records that won't be ready 30 days.

I provide all of my banking information and show them my deposit, the thing is it don't tell me the casino so I could of made 5 deposit of $50 that day, so then I got to go and provide Gigadat with the numbers and they will tell me what casino it is, it's not slot joint that is paying me it will be Gigadat who pays me.

Oh it's cleared up simple as that close my account don't deal with casino like that, it just down right B.S. yes I understand a no about people trying to ripe the casino off but it's near impossible with technology today, my case has nothing to do with I'm trying to rip the casino off or nothing to do with KYC, this was me deposit my own money and winning a $1000.00 and wanting to cash out but they said I had to wager first before I cash out.
