Simba N.V. casinos blocking players accounts and confiscating funds.

Instant casino blocked me and deleted 50€

Turbowins blocked me and deleted 500€

Fastslots blocked me and deleted 500€

Sambaslots blocked me and deleted 300€

Telbet blocked me and deleted 150$ from my account.

Their support just sends generic responses and most likely don't even read emails. Except complaint what are my other options? As i found out their license expired last year and they operate trough several offshore companies.

As I can see, you always choose casinos with a pretty low safety index.

May I ask why that is?

Tell us more about these issues, please.

I never had an issue before in my 13 years of online gambling so i never read reviews. I always tought people are just angry because they lose or they are abusing bonuses and that is why they have problems.

That is untill i joined with this guys where they wait you to deposit than they tell you you got banned and funds deleted. After this situation i did some digging to find out they have 40+ casinos, i have nowhere to complain as license is expired etc.

Tbh. didn't think it is possiblle to run casino without any regulations

Nowadays you need to be really careful when it comes to online casinos, actually. We have found many scamming sites, unfortunately.

There is actually a difference between user reviews and reviews of online casinos done by our data team. We check everything well about how they work, and then our users help us to get the whole overview by sharing their experiences with us.

To run a casino without any license is possible, and many times it is no problem if the casino pays the players and acts fairly, you know.

So, what exactly happened to you, please? They don't want to pay out your winnings at all these casinos?

Correct. They say i broke terms and conditions but after dozens of emails they only send me generic responses failing to say what term i broke.

Im 1000% sure i did not broke any t&c, they just hate winning players.

If that's the case and you don't think you've broken any rules, then you can open a complaint with us and see how it turns out. Maybe we can help you and you'll get your money back. If the casino doesn't want to tell you what you've broken, maybe they'll tell us.

I'm not sure about all of them, because if you choose those with a low safety index, they may not want to talk to us. But it doesn't hurt to try.

However, I've noticed that most of the casinos you mention have a different owner than Simba N.V., so just for your information.

I did open a complaint. Also it is series of connected companies running 40+ casinos. Simba NV., igloo ventures, deep sea tech ventures etc..... they just use casinos for money laundering trough series of fake offshore companies

I see that you have valid complaints. We'll see if we can help.

Of course, what I would recommend is not to play at casinos that have such a low safety index, because problems can often occur at them.

I learned that now. Honestly never before this groupation had any issues. Even if they closed my accounts for whatever reason (mostly they stopped services in my country) all casinos allowed me to withdraw remaining money.

I will closely look where i play next.

Yes, that's how it should be if a casino ends up in your country. I'm glad you'll be careful. There's never enough caution.
