I want to share my ongoing nightmare with Betcoin.ag to warn the entire community about how this casino operates. They talk about "integrity" and "fair play", but the moment a player wins and wants to withdraw their money, the casino resorts to intimidation, threats, and confiscation of funds.
1. Deposit: I deposited pure crypto (no bonuses, no promotions, only my own funds). I placed exactly 3 regular bets on their sportsbook. The bets were winning and my total balance reached 1,210 USDT.
2. Withdrawal of money and immediate blocking
As soon as I requested to withdraw my 1,210 USDT, Betcoin.ag immediately blocked my account. When I contacted their support, I was told that my account was placed in a "60-day review period". To prove my pure intentions and show that I had absolutely nothing to hide, I proactively and voluntarily sent them my full KYC documents right away. Instead of processing them, they waved it aside and started intimidating me. In one of the emails, their support even literally told me to go public with my story – they thought it would scare me.
3. Public confrontation on the Bitcointalk forum and threats
I took their "advice" and started a thread on Bitcointalk to expose this unfair behavior. The reaction of the official representative of Betcoin.AG was shocking and absolutely unprofessional.
First, they accused me of using AI tools to write posts (which I openly admit, because English is not my native language and I use an AI assistant for translations and clarity of information) and what can I say, these are the days when AI is used for work and everything. But then they started to publicly threaten me: they openly wrote that the 60-day period was just an "act of decency" on their part, and if I continued to resolve the dispute through a third party (Casino Guru), this decency would end and they would permanently confiscate my money.
4. The Final Money Theft
When I refused to be intimidated and publicly stated on the forum that I welcomed the mediation from Casino Guru and wanted to see their "pile of evidence", the Betcoin.AG representative completely lost his temper. My conscience is clear.
Within a few hours, they wrote a final response stating that my "review period has expired" and that according to their terms and conditions, "I am no longer entitled to receive any funds." They literally cut off the so-called review and confiscated my 1,210 USDT purely as punishment for my refusal to withdraw my complaint. They also ended their post with a childish insult: "We'll catch you when you create your next account, you fraudster."
Betcoin.ag has clearly proven that their "60-day review" was a complete lie from the start and just a cheap scare tactic. As soon as a player stands up for their rights and doesn't let themselves be blackmailed, they immediately take their money. I have saved every single screenshot of our email communication, their public threats, and their final text where they admit to confiscating the money as punishment.
My official complaint against Casino Guru has already been filed and is currently being processed by their team. I am sharing this story so that every player knows that your money is NOT safe with Betcoin.ag. If you allow yourself to win, they will find any absurd excuse to rob you.
