For 4 days now Gransino has been making fun of me and they are not paying me a withdrawal of 533 euros. I played thousands of euros at this casino. It seems they have a serious financial problem and it is better to avoid playing at this casino. They do not answer emails, in the help center the answers are copy paste, and all lies. Unfortunately I have to come back to the same topic. The casino has not paid me a withdrawal for the amount of 213 euros for many days. I sent emails, I got promises from the customer service center, but nothing. I spent thousands of euros in this casino. They have always been at the highest level and now they cannot pay 213 euros. They used to be much better in their payments.

Hello, do you perhaps have any validated information about those serious financial issues? Honestly, I understand that you are frustrated because the withdrawal or withdrawals have been delayed. However, that standalone situation hardly confirms any financial problems. Casino realy wont live long wiht the 213 Euros.

Kindly try to calm down and be patient. Delays happen. You have thus far lodged two complaints about delayed payments and both resulted in payouts, so I guess it poses a different picture. You have already been through this twice, so it is clear that this is how the casino actually pays. Maybe you should not expect things to change, based on your own personal experience with this casino.
