Hello, I would start at the end and see if her VIP status will help. I think that's a question for the casino. If you are saying that she got faster withdrawals and such with it, I don't know how much more it could help her and if the limit could be increased, that's a casino question. 

Anyway, from what you go on to describe, I saw on our site that the monthly limit is 7,000. Which means that the rest should be left in the account and you should be able to withdraw the next month again 7,000. But what worries me a bit is the net profit per day. According to our website we have the same thing written down and therefore the player should not be able to win more than 5,000 in one day. This means that out of the 19k only 5 should be left.
