Scam Viperwin, Support

I signed up with Viperwin, and it's pure hell. Everything was fine until I contacted support. I've never experienced anything like this before. Luckily, I haven't been on the site for long and haven't deposited large amounts yet. I've never felt so ripped off. The way they treat customers is terrible. I activated a bonus on my site; once you activate it, you have to deposit. I deposited €50 there as a 100% bonus, so it should normally be €100 with bonus credit. I explained my problem, was told to wait 20 minutes, and then I was simply removed from the chat. Not only does every employee act like a bot, but you have to ask the same question over and over again. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO REGISTER THERE!!! I also made a withdrawal, which I subsequently canceled because the verification took over four days. Just don't register there.

The best thing that I forgot was that I deposited 50 euros and despite the bonus I only got 50, but I still had to meet the bonus conditions, and that was the worst thing on top of that.

So the support didn't help you regarding the bonus you signed up for at all?

Did they explain in any way why you didn't get the bonus, though? 🤷‍♀️

Yes, of course, I explained everything, but they just said I wasn't entitled to it, even though it was listed as available to me, which I could have lived with. But the fact that my €50 bonus balance was 100% had to be wagered.

This surely doesn't sound fair at all, and especially for a fresh casino like this one, it will do harm when others read about it.

Did you still stay and play it all? Perhaps managed to win anything?

This kind of "support" is just awful. Dear casinos, please don’t treat people like this
