Royspins Cashback Verweigert

Good morning!

I have a problem with the cashback from Royspins.

I am a Vip customer and I have not received any cashback today (20.03.25), despite deposits totaling approximately €300 this week (see attached pictures). It is also not because the cashback is calculated based on the total difference (withdrawal/deposit/cashbacks already received).

Because as you can see in the pictures I have since registration in total:

6,394.00 € paid in

4,200.00 € payout

Difference = 2,194.00 in the red.

Then the cashback already received is deducted, unfortunately you can't see how much it was in total, but it's a long way from €2,194.00. So I'm in the red accordingly and have proof that I paid in around €300 this week.

And as a little "extra," as a VIP member at Royspins, you have >NO< possibility to contact your "Personal VIP Manager," as stated.

Only by email and then you only get a reply after a whole day and always from someone different, so no personal VIP manager.

It would be great if Royspins would comment on this.

Because apart from these points, I think the casino is otherwise quite okay

I'm sorry to say I have never saw an active Royspins Casino representative responding to players on our forum. I believe no one is present now. So, I'm not convinced this is going to happen.

Did yo try to ask the regular support, please?

Yes, I have already written to regular support, which unfortunately makes no sense as a VIP customer, because they refer you directly to the "VIP Support Department" and simply forward the issue.

After about 24 hours you will receive an email without any precise reasons etc.

That's Royspins' VIP support. 😀

Regarding representatives and responses in the forum: I thought I found a post yesterday that also discussed cashback, but rightly so in favor of the casino. Royspins responded with an exact cashback calculation, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh my... I see, so it is this kind of game. Once the players ascended into the VIP rank, it became untouchable. 😀.

I mean, the idea sounds good, but the reality is not funny at all.

Regarding the cashbacks, I think it does not hurt to submit the complaint if anyone feels the casino is not correct. The worst-case scenario is that the case closes as unjustified, which is not a catastrophic outcome, I guess.

We shall see.
