richprize.com scam removing bonuses if u ask to remove ur bonuses they will also remove ur funds!

Hello i want to report this scam site also Richprize.com

they cant provide anything so here it is 

I deposited small amount 13.4mbtc then i bet/play

And have some wins like 20mbtc , because its my first time

I want to test the withdraw 

and i ask chat support what they will need verification to 

withdraw via bitcoin and the support said

"there is no need verification if using crypto" ,

So i said wow nice but suddenly 

when i try withdraw have an error about the bonuses

so i chat the support again how to remove this bonuses

so i can withdraw my funds they teach me how

then i cant see any button to remove the bonuses

then they tell me they will do it for me manually

so i got force log out then when i log in back

my funds 0 balance and i ask what happen to my account

why i got 0 balance i check my bet history i dont have lose yet!

then they tell me this : 

"when you cancel the bonuses balance will be affected"

its really annoying they make me an idiot 

"why i want to remove my money and make it 0" 

we all want here is to win the only thing i wanted is to removed 

the bonuses so i can try to withdraw my money

and now its been a 4days i waited because they said they 

escalated to the team they process my account etc

but nothing happen so i wrote here to ask some help about this 

its a small amount only but its a money also please help 

this site need some action really bad reputation

all of them are liars

Hi, I just looked at the bonus terms and conditions on the casino website and I even talked to their customer support. Their bonus terms and conditions clearly say that when you decide to cancel the bonus, your balance will be adjusted to the balance before bonus activation. You requested to cancel the bonus so they did exactly what's written in the terms and conditions. They're not scammers, at least not in this case. they dont explain it to me when i try to chat support they keep lying to me they manually do that for me cause i dont know how to remove the bonuses by the way the only bonuses is this one and i already tell them that i dont want that bonuses and they also tell me that i lose my bets thats why my funds is 0 now

she noted me earlier when i register i dont want that bonuses and this one too telling me that they will refund only the deposited amount im good with that but they not doing it its clearly they dont care about the players

or else a scammer its clearly both side are wrong

They didn't remove the bonus on their own to void your winnings. You clearly asked them to remove the bonuses, at least that's what you say above.

why would I risk my money to just be gone?

from what I know only the bonus would be forfeited/gone and not the money that I deposited

If you made the deposit and then got the bonus, then I would probably agree that according to the terms and conditions, you should receive back the deposited money on your account.

well i didnt receive back the deposited amount on my account they just ignore me 🙂 its 5days already

Are you currently able to log in to your account? According to what the customer support wrote you, it looks like they won't allow you to withdraw it, because as they say, you need to deposit 11 EUR first.

Please describe there what we discussed here. You're not going to get the winnings as I explained due to the terms and conditions, but according to what the customer support even told you, they should adjust the balance so you would receive the initial deposit back.

By the way, you sent the screenshot where I see that you have 0 mBTC and there's "!" symbol next to it. What's there when you click on it? Probably some explanation?

that 11 euro deposit already do it but still dnt have it i dont care about the winnings now i just want that money back

Signed up and deposited £40 without a bonus. Managed to win big on the slots and had £1000 i was able to withdraw £500 but unable to withdraw the other £500 for some unknown reason that they cannot answer! Its been almost 2 weeks! Stay well clear this casino has awful reputation.

How come they cannot answer it? What's the current state? Did they ask you to wait?
