Just curious if anyone has ever filed a complaint on this site and had other casinos retaliate against you because of it. Just seems like you run into same customer service agents in different casinos and that they may hold grudges. Not saying they do, Im just curious if anyone has experienced this. My situation is I have filed a complaint over not honoring bonuses at one site and than tonight at another site I noticed the machine didn’t pay me twice in a row. I am currently in contact with customer service and sent them all my screenshots and their first response was it wasn’t a winner. When I asked to explain they said it would be sent to gaming department. After doing a little more digging I noticed that I have lost a lot on that site. More than normal in my opinion but what can you do. Trying to give them time to look into but don’t know how long is long enough. Pretty sure they’ll come back with game malfunction and from what I have read, ain’t nothing you can do about that. Hope it works out.

It's quite simple. Some casinos are part of the same group. They have the same owner, some companies even own more than 20 brands and they share information about players between each other, some casinos share the customer support and other departments as well.

So it can theoretically happen to you that you play in a casino regarding your issue and then you contact another casino regarding something else and you end up talking to the same agent.

I saw a screenshot here few days ago when I player contacted the casino XY regarding something and the first message from the customer support agent was "Welcome to Mystake Casino" even though the player played in another casino and contacted the support through the casino website.
