good evening, a few minutes ago I made a top-up on Spinanga and due to an error, perhaps a typing error, I don't know exactly what happened,
I made a deposit of €210, instead of €20.
I immediately contacted support but nothing, both in live chat and by email, same answer that I can't get the sum back, I can only bet the entire amount, has anyone had the same problem? Could you give me some advice on what to do to get the sum back?

I am really sorry that you made this kind of mistake, and I surely understand that you are frustrated now. It is not a small amount, of course.
Unfortunately, I don't think they will be able to do anything about it due to the AML (Anti Money Laundering) policy. Because it would be very easy then for everybody to claim they just made a mistake. You know.
I just hope that you will be able to wager your deposit and withdraw your money back.
