Hi everyone. I wanted to ask a question for anyone who wants to answer or is going through the same thing.
For several days now, I've been experiencing the exact same problem on different platforms: I make a deposit using Mercado Pago, the money leaves my account immediately and appears as "Approved," but the payment gateway used by the casinos never properly reports the transaction. The balance remains in limbo, showing a "New" or "Pending" status within the casino, and support tells me to wait up to 72 hours.
It happened to me last week with Vulkan Vegas and today the exact same thing just happened to me at Mr. Bet with my first deposit.
I wanted to know your point of view if you're willing to contribute: Is it advisable to open a formal complaint on the website, is it better to wait the requested timeframe, or is the problem itself with Mercado Pago having issues with intermediaries?
