Im in a similar situation myself. I have played on Rabona german website for 1-2 years and never had an issue with withdrawls until now.

Its been 8 days now for a 800 eur payout. I have "talked" to the generic AI support they have where they pretend to be "olivia" and "peter" but they only says generic bullshit things like "its on its way" etc. Regardless of what I say, they say the same thing.

Last thing I did was to give them 48 hours to solve it. They said they will...
