First, you have to wait three days for a withdrawal to be processed. While it's not a lot, it's about €420 - a sum that should either be available or not. Hello, I won 12,000 Swiss francs on June 28th. Only 6 of that was transferred from the bonus to my account. So far, no one wants to show me my game history and payout.
