Hello. I made a €200 deposit at casinoandyou via instant transfer. It's been over 36 hours and it hasn't been credited to my account. When I contact the chat, they keep telling me to wait an hour and then contact me in 2 or 3 hours.
I have provided a statement of the transfer but they tell me that since the time does not appear, they cannot find it (I have told them but it seems to be useless)
anyone who has had the same problem?

The casino simply says they are waiting for a response from my payment provider…
Which actually might be true but won't help until the payment provider gets back with an update. 🙁
