Hi,

I tried to contact them using their support email no answer, and I have deposited more than 7000Euro, and I have 12200 Winning and they didn't start KYC nor they answer in the chat. I used your advice in the website, that this website is Authentic and safe. But I'm really sad about this behaviour now.

please help, I want to withdraw, and they don't answer at all. I filed a complaint it's still under review.


That's too much stress as I spent 8K and I'm only withdrawing little as it is.
