Yes they reply but they just say the same thing about third party processor etc very poor customer service

Beyond a joke aye, atleast update the website to tell people before they deposit there money and they need to get there facts right in customer service as they all say different things

Yea I’ve given up tryin the live chat they know nothing so how long after u submitted your request with casino guru did u receive the funds ??

becasue it’s been a month since I requested it but only 4 days since I filed the complaint

I still haven't even got a response from the casino on casino guru yet on my complaint, it's been 4 weeks for me but in the resolved cases it seems roughly 4-6 weeks before they actually pay anything

We always try to resolve the cases as fast as we can, but it's sometimes really difficult to involve the casinos into the process 😕

hey buddy,

Unfortunately of late I’ve had nothing but unfulfilled promises and endless excuses regarding a withdrawal request for going on a fortnight now. I have successfully received a payment from them (although delayed) mid last year however increasing concerns regarding this payout have been confirmed as per countless submissions from numerous players on this and other reputable casino advocacy sites.

Good luck and here’s hoping there’s resolution in numbers!... 🤨

Hi yeah I have also received a payment from them in Feb this year with no real issues at all, but yeah seeing the growing list of people having issues I am starting to believe we won't see it at all. The customer service have no idea what is happening and have no way of contacting the withdrawal team unless via email, and to be quiet honest you just don't get a reply from them at all. I'll never be using this casino again 😂

Hi I just received an email regarding the release of my funds and they have finally approved it and I should expect them within 7 days hopefully

Hey mate I got an email saying they approved my withdrawal, it seems like there stalling till around the 5-6 week mark so hopefully you get yours soon
