The will steal your money, bet will not be settled properly and I managed to take screenshots and share with them. Even Evolution gaming confirmed about a bet of 8000 was a win and was settled correctly by their system and they said I must connect with casino customer care to resolve. I contacted them number of times showing the issue, whilst they accepted their mistake afterall, but keep saying it will take some time and never define how much time. It has been over 3 days already and there customer care is useless.

Also they do not honour the withdrawal time mentioned on their website either, as per their website they say instant withdrawals and Max time of 3 hours only. But everytime users requests withdrawals they delay those in name of technical issues at their end and never explain what happened and then they keep returning money back to casino balance again and again. Customer is left with not getting their withdrawals. They are thieves and should be banned.

Resolving similar cases when there was a technical issue in place takes a lot of time according to my experience. It's because the game provider needs to be involved, investigate everything and then the casino investigates on their own.

I know the issue would be resolved in few days, they did resolve it. My frustration was about them telling lies. It's more about withdrawals, check on their website they claim. The process withdrawals in 3 hours, I have taken withdrawals from them 3 times and everytime I had to go thru this:

- withdrawals were delayed, their chat support's standard response was, we had technical issue due to which this got delayed. An issue can happen once, could be twice but then it happened to me everytime, which is why I suspect them as frauds

- they would return money back to casino balance instead of processing withdrawals, this also impacts weekly insurance bonus amount and they have a win-win both ways holding withdrawals and won't have to pay me if I loose what I win earlier as the insurance cashback won't apply to the money returned back

I learnt a hard lesson playing for such casino, and lost a lot of money due to this tactic time and time. But I have closed my account with them now and won't be returning their ever.

Honestly, whenever you don't feel well about your experience in a casino, then just go leave it and go to another one. There are plenty of casinos you can choose from 👍

Daniel I should have remembered this, and not given them second chance, I was happy playing at other casino. But there scam sales agent persuaded me ro play again with them and did their special act yet again and like every time. This casino should be banned! They are doing it intentionally, I get my withdrawals with my regular casino in max 1 hour, sometimes in 20 mins. But these people just cancel withdrawals after sometime and then say please resubmit, there was a technical issue, this time they even said to me that a VIP manager is being assigned via WhatsApp who will get the withdrawal arranged in 15 mins. When I submitted withdrawal request after winning, the VIP manager stopped responding to WhatsApp chats and only read that message after 3 days, saying to me he had to go on sick leaves 😂😂

It was 50k deposited and I won 120k, I withdrew 100k, which was never processed!

I just wish, I had remembered your message and not given them a second chance!!!
