And you haven't learned anything new since then, have you? Did they tell you what the specific problem is with the pragmatic games and if anything will change? Anyway, I'm not sure if it would have any impact on your withdrawal, unless they investigated your gameplay. 

I'd wait a while to see if anything changes and if not, I'd file a complaint.
