Thanks for reaching out. I want to clarify some of your sayings. True, removing bonuses was just an assumption based on connecting dots. Nevertheless, when it comes to VIP, the withdrawals are actually processed according to the VIP status. This is not something I made up. The customer support told me that on chat. Anyway, thank you so much for staying here with me through all of this. I will make sure to help this forum become even better by submitting my opinions/complaints/assessments.
