I made a bank transfer deposit of 1,400 TL to the gambling platform called Sheratonking approximately 2 hours ago. I qualified for and received a bonus by fully complying with the bonus rules stated on the site.

However, my bonus was later canceled without any concrete reason or evidence being provided. When I contacted live support, I was told that the action was taken due to "multi-account usage." However, I only have one account on the platform and do not own or use any other accounts.

Despite not violating any rules, my bonus was removed and my winnings were withheld unfairly. I request the payment of the winnings I obtained in accordance with the bonus rules.

Therefore, I demand:

- That the bonus be restored to my account,

- That the 75,000 TL winnings earned through this bonus be paid to me in full,

- That concrete evidence regarding the "multi-account" allegation be provided to me.

Otherwise, I would like to state that I will initiate the necessary complaint and legal procedures regarding this platform.

Hello, I understand what you demand.

Here on the forum we can talk about it, but we cannot help you the way you may expect at the moment. I have for example, never heard of such a site, so that's what it is. Please check if the site is licensed; this information is more useful than simply stating that you will pursue legal action.

Additionally, it would be helpful to understand why the casino canceled the bonus for forfeited winnings. If you have any clues or an explanation from the casino, please share them.

Multiple account allegations can be difficult to dispute if the casino has proof available, and if the casino can prove it, no winnings will be paid even if the bonus rules were followed, but we can take a closer look at the details.

We can then talk without AI crafted statements about real possibilities. 🙏

I see. I don’t mean to hide possible ways of solving problems.

That sounds interesting to me too, but I discovered that it's all about recovering crypto funds, and we have already spotted a few scammy ads posted here on the forum that offer lost crypto recovery.

I'm quite hesitant myself, but share the post; everyone can make their own decision, I wager.

I don’t think it automatically means this is a scam. They show public payouts and proof, so it may be a real program.

That said, I personally have some questions about how sustainable and fair this can be long term.

The biggest reason is that this is not an independent consumer organization — it is a casino operator running the fund. For me, that changes the purpose and motivation behind it.

The program also specifically targets players with unresolved complaints from Casino Guru or AskGamblers. That makes me wonder if this is partly a customer acquisition strategy aimed at frustrated players after a dispute.

What I would be most curious about is transparency and consistency:

How are claims actually reviewed?

Why are some cases approved and others rejected?

What happens with cases involving bonus abuse, KYC/AML issues, multiple accounts, or unclear evidence?

Will they stay consistent when many players believe their case is "legitimate"?

Because once some players get paid, others with similar unresolved complaints may naturally ask: "Why not me?"

So for me, the real question is not "scam or not scam," but whether the process is transparent, fair, and sustainable over time.

In my personal opinion, the scheme is a very clever marketing idea. Since the fund is run by a casino operator, I think it is fair to ask whether player acquisition could be part of the goal.

Frustrated players after unresolved complaints may naturally be more open to trying a new casino, especially if they feel someone finally listened to them or helped them.

That does not mean anything bad is happening, but it is one more reason to consider how transparent and consistent the process will be.
