Parimatch Unresolved Deposit Issue and Extremely Poor Customer Support

I have been playing on Parimatch from many years and hold a VIP level 16+ status, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

While I appreciate that Parimatch usually processes withdrawals faster than many other platforms, depositing money has become a complete nuisance. Failed deposits result in funds being deducted but not credited, and getting any help from their customer support is next to impossible. Their chat agents keep you waiting forever, then close chats with random responses, leaving people completely stranded without updates or resolution.

My latest deposit issue (ticket 42769105) has been unresolved for over two weeks despite repeated follow-ups. No refund, no update, and no accountability. This kind of treatment towards a long-time VIP customer is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I have decided to move away from Parimatch and have already requested permanent account closure. It is disappointing to see a platform I trusted for years fall this low in customer handling and reliability.

I have sent the request with how they wanted in a specific format, haven't heard from them back as yet on closure confirmation yet, will keep this place posted on how it progresses.

Update: They finally found the mistake and credited money back to my account, just few hours back.

Although I am not reconsidering my decision of closure, I don't see any improvement whatsoever in their deposit services and their customer care (which is only via chat), is useless when such issues happen, I'd rather prefer casino providers who have dedicated customer services and/or with account managers, so I am not going to continue with them after this experience.

Loyalty Program – Full of Issues

The newly launched loyalty hub looks attractive at first, but the experience falls apart quickly.

Loyalty points don’t reflect correctly many times

Redemptions fail or disappear without any credit

Issues raised over these never get resolved

Cashback is often missing or delayed

To make matters worse, the loyalty cashback page is buried deep in the interface. You practically have to hunt for it, which doesn’t feel accidental. Even after raising queries via chat and email, the concerns stay pending.

What Works – Fast Withdrawals

To be fair, withdrawals are fast. That’s the one thing Parimatch executes well. It’s appreciated, but it doesn’t outweigh the gaps in service and loyalty management.

Final Verdict

If all you care about is quick withdrawals, Parimatch delivers. But if you value customer support, loyalty recognition, or platform reliability, it falls short. For a platform that talks so much about customer focus, the behaviour doesn’t match the claims.

Until they fix the support system and loyalty program, it doesn’t feel worth playing here.
