Hi team


due to no reason suddenly my parimatch account is blocked and as soon as i made a huge deposit to my account, they blocked my account.


My account was verified, been there user since last 3 years.

I already sent them bank statements, all proofs everything, but nothing positive, please help.

Only reason i am bringing this up here , i was using the casino games and suddenly while playing account got blocked.

So, to understand the situation well. You made a deposit to your account and started to play some casino games when suddenly your account was blocked without any explanation. Is that right?

Yes that’s what exactly happened,

I contacted support and have provided them all bank statements details and all verification documents which they wanted. But no response, everytime when i try to follow up, i get the same email back from them stating please provide bank statements and verification documents.


The deposits which i made , each and every single of the transaction is clearly matched with the bank statements i have provided, i clearly can’t understand whats the issue. If parimatch is not able to track any transaction, they should check my parimatch account and they will get to know, what all transactions actually happened and how much money I deposited or withdraw.

Yes that’s exactly what happened.

I contacted support but no help its just an endless loop, when I followup with them they say please provide bank statements, which i have already provided multiple times.

this is what is happening, now i wont get any reply from them and i will ask for follow up in 2-3 days and again they will ask me for bank statements.

I know this is hard to deal with, yet I would say those casino specialists are working on the way to verify the statements and your account. In my opinion, it is no coincidence that your account was blocked during the gameplay and not just the moment you submitted the first withdrawal request, but it is definitely the casino's place to explain all details to you. I'd say your account has been flagged for some activity or similarities and now, the proper department has been investigating.

I do not want to scare you, of course, and I wish I was wrong completely.

One way or another, though, we have to wait for the resume. I see no other option. Try to be patient.
