I contacted support and have provided them all bank statements details and all verification documents which they wanted. But no response, everytime when i try to follow up, i get the same email back from them stating please provide bank statements and verification documents.
The deposits which i made , each and every single of the transaction is clearly matched with the bank statements i have provided, i clearly can’t understand whats the issue. If parimatch is not able to track any transaction, they should check my parimatch account and they will get to know, what all transactions actually happened and how much money I deposited or withdraw.
