I am providing information about the merchant with whom we have outstanding debt so that you can take it into account when assessing your risks.

The company is licensed and regulated under the laws of Curacao under the primary license holder, Curacao eGaming, with license number 8048/JAZ2019-03.
Chronology:
The UZS (Ecom) method was connected for the project, after which traffic was launched.
About a month later, chargebacks started coming in. The first ones were covered from the merchant's balance, as long as it lasted.
Then the number of chargebacks increased, the balance became insufficient to cover them, and debt accumulated.
We proposed a settlement, including debt repayment through further project traffic. The owners refused, and the debt remains unpaid.
