Online gambling casinos unfairness to actual responsible gamblers

So I have been blocked or suspended from my bonuses or any kind of free credit on so many casinos lately and the only excuse or reason if the sites even reply back are that I have a responsible gambling problem! When I hardly deposit and usually only deposit a few times a month or couple weeks.. and do better on their casino bonuses and free spins and usually cash out more often then when I deposit and I also only deposit minimum. Now I am being told that I am too good of a player that I can’t get bonuses until I deposit more and they only give it to losing players and that makes me have a gambling problem is this fair or discrimination??

This really doesn't seem fair to me, as you described it here. What reason did they tell you, and how come the same thing happened at more than one casino? I wonder.🤔 It is hard to believe that the reason would be that you are not losing much.🤷‍♀️

Is there something else to it, perhaps?

Their reason for me to not get my bonuses anymore is because I win too much from free bonuses they give me. I still deposit on these sites as well so I don’t just play free bonuses i do win a lot and turn over their wagers which are usually so unfair I also have troubles even withdrawing my winnings on some sites. Other sites they say I have a gambling problem when I hardly deposit and also play thier bonuses and do good so there is no reason for my being blocked or lose bonuses. I am very loyal customer to these sites and I feel so mistreated! I am sure it is a breach of contract to discriminate customers who do good on free bonuses??

Hi.

Firstly, I'd like to say it's so refreshing to finally hear that someone has been quite successful. I wish your luck never run dry.

Yet I fear I have some bad news for you. Many loyal players lose access to bonuses eventually.

Let's start with a question - why do casinos give bonuses to players?

•  As a reward for making a casino account - freebies!

•  As a reward for making a deposit - a deposit bonuses

•  As a reward for being an active player - mostly chargebacks

•  As an incentive to start playing again after a period of inactivity - whatever it takes

Assuming bouses are highly expensive for any casino, they are solely in charge of whether you get one or not. Yes, being lucky with bonuses will surely be the end of those for you. Also, if you mainly play without a deposits, it's not a good deal for the casino either. Still, I would never put playing with freebies into any relation with problem gambling. I'd say it's quite the opposite; if the player hesitates to invest his own money, it's a sign of precaution, at least from my perspective.

Anyway, the casino usually needs to motivate new or unlucky players.

Simply put, the bonus system should be in balance, so you won't feel like the casino management is no longer interested in you. On the other hand, casinos are not obliged to give you bonuses.

Loyal customers usually try to find a bigger, world-known casino with a great loyalty system.

Do you know some?

Makes sense but also doesn’t makes! casinos are very condescending wanting players to deposit and on thier terms and conditions stating that responsible gambling is when you deposit too much or play to frequently but that is initially what they want and when you don’t deposit much or only a few times a week or even month but play thier free bonuses then they block you it is so unfair and makes no sense I won 320 on a casino just recently and wagered 1700 and only got a 5 dollar deposit bonus so why should they win 1700 and I won 320???

I believe a decent casino tries to find a balance when it comes to responsible gambling practices.

Have you ever heard of the term sustainable gambling? That's precisely the balance:

"All operators should understand that safer gambling is not an initiative that drives profit away, but rather an initiative that fosters healthy gambling habits, reduces gambling-related harm, and increases profits over the long term."

I can imagine that customizing bonuses for each and every player is a horror, so I brought up the loyalty programs.

The loyalty system is usually preset, allowing you to see the full scale of its perks in advance. If these perks suit your playstyle, you are most likely to feel satisfied, I'd say.

When you are motivated or given unexpected bonuses, the situation is completely different.

Alright, I hear ya loud and clear sister. These casinos are really tryin' to pull a fast one on us, ain't they? It's like they want us to lose, but not win too much. Talk about a rigged game!

Listen, I've been around the block a few times with these online joints, and lemme tell ya, finding a straight shooter is like hitting the jackpot itself. But don't you worry, there are still some decent places out there if you know where to look.

First off, stick to the big names. Yeah, they might not throw bonuses at ya like candy, but at least they won't freeze you out for winning. Look for places with solid rep and licenses from legit gaming authorities.

Now, about those bonuses - here's a little trick I picked up. Mix it up, ya know? Don't just chase the freebies. Throw in a real money spin here and there. Keeps 'em guessing, see? And when you do hit it big on a bonus, maybe don't cash out the whole shebang at once. Take a bit, play a bit. Keeps you under the radar.

Oh, and loyalty programs? That's where it's at for us long-haulers. Find a place with a decent one, and you'll be swimming in perks without gettin' the side-eye for winning too much.

Bottom line, hon - it's a game within a game. Play smart, know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, and always keep an eye out for the next hot spot. The house might always have an edge, but that don't mean we can't outsmart 'em now and then.

Stay lucky out there!

I think that would be the best players to advise you with their experience. Everyone has different casino experience. If we put 10 different people from 10 different countries in one casino, they don't all have to have the same experience. But I believe that one day you will find one that suits you. 🙂

Hi, I'm glad that players help each other at least with advice when they can. Which casino fulfills for you what you described in your post ? Is there one where you have mostly good experiences ? Also small tip, feel free to use the "reply" button to notify the player that you have responded to him, and he can write you back sooner.

Have a nice day. 🙂

Omg you rock!! That makes total sense and sometimes I do play like that! But lately I’m just too upset to really try to outsmart them or even try! But I have found some sites like the casino rewards although those sites are kinda in thier own boat on confusing a player lol can you recommend some sites that are trust worthy?’ I know your site does have recommendations and ratings which totally help but I’m having no luck lately on finding a credible site who won’t screw me over and I’m a very responsible player thanks so much for your input man that helped!
