For me living in Switzerland, Wcasino has no payment option.
I have four payout options that the casino offers that do not work. Credit card, skrill, nettler, ecopayz. Since a week the casino tells me they are updating their payment processor.

I'd say it's quite a common issue when players start playing in a casino that doesn't care about restricted countries, licences etc., but once they need to send money to the player, they realise that their payment provider refuses to do that or they're simply unable to do that.
I believe that on of the few options would be to use cryptocurrencies and send you the winnings this way.
