Hello dear Casino Guru team and readers,


On December 30, 2025, I filed a complaint with Casinoguru because Nitrobet Casino withdrew my bonus money after a win while I was in the process of fulfilling the wagering requirements.

As you can read in the complaint, Nitrobet Casino made a claim that was untrue. Casinoguru then tried to rectify the situation, which I thought was very good.

Then Nitrobet Casino suddenly claimed that I had delayed game rounds, which was also untrue. As mentioned in the complaint, I was playing the game "Classic Fruits" by 1x2 Gaming. This is all clearly visible in the game history. It is not possible to delay game rounds in this game.

I actually thought that Casinoguru would request proof from Nitrobet Casino regarding this matter. Instead, the response to the complaint stated:
