Hello dear Casino Guru team and readers,


On December 30, 2025, I filed a complaint with Casinoguru because Nitrobet Casino withdrew my bonus money after a win while I was in the process of fulfilling the wagering requirements.

After Nitrobet Casino was unable to substantiate its claim in the complaint, the casino simply made a different claim.


The complaint was then closed by the Casinoguru employee without requesting further evidence from the casino. Since I cannot understand this procedure, I took the opportunity to have the case reopened.


It now says that the reopening of the case is being reviewed and I will be notified. However, that was over a month ago.


On February 17, 2026, I also emailed my caseworker about the matter. To this day, I have not received a reply.


I wanted to ask if anyone here knows how long a reopening of a complaint generally takes.
