I am clearly being scammed by the Neteller team and all the support assistants. My money is lost from 2025-01-07 I made a withdrawal by bank transfer to my coinbase account via bank transfer. The next day (2025-01-08) I learned from the coinbase support desk (live chat with support) that my deposit was canceled and refunded. However, neteller representatives, and support, have been deliberately leading me by the nose for more than a month now.
They asked me to send a statement that my payment did not reach my coinbase account. coinbase support clearly stated that it was impossible to get a statement because the transfer did not reach my account, it was automatically returned.
They ignore my requests for help, respond once a week, and are completely uninterested in my case. I opened new case 2025-02-02. I sent them the account number to which the funds were returned. Because it was Neteller's last request, they promised to find the lost transfer using the IBAN. Now is 2025-02-06 . 96 later my new case is still on "new"(this means that it is not yet even reviewed)
Although Neteller's "terms of us" say that support must respond within 24-48 hours.
interesting thing is that my neteller wallet says the payment is still in the "transfer phase". and it is clearly visible that it is not completed. they really need to see this information. and according to the refund policy, the money should be returned within 10 business days. exactly 31 days have passed.

I'm sorry, but I see no direct way to help you.
Neteller is a payment processor company - e-wallet, so I suggest you find out who is supervising or regulating its activities.
When you say Conbaise is not able to confirm the transfer did not make that through, are you able to get standard transaction history at least? So the other transactions are visible and this particular one is not, because it is missing—which I believe is the point.
That, in my opinion, should be enough to prove the money has not reached the recipient.
