N1Bet absolutely brazen behavior

Stay away from N1Bet. I'm not a casino player, but this is a problem with the withdrawal. I've already withdrawn once from N1bet, recently I wanted to withdraw again and suddenly it said "upload a full bank statement from March 1st till today (April 7th or so)". I have an online account with Sparkasse and on the first day of every month you get the bank statement for the previous month sent to your email inbox and that is the only bank statement you will receive. So I go to support and tell them I only have the bank statement from March 1st to April 1st, they say I should just send them that and it'll be fine, so I do. 3 days later the document is still pending so I contact support and they tell me they need a bank statement from March 1st till today. I tell them that that's impossible because of my bank, to which the answer is more or less "well, that's bad luck for you". I want to accommodate you, I am prepared to do everything possible to finally be able to make my withdrawals again, but the only answer I have received so far is: "No, you have to use exactly the one method that is impossible for you." I am a student, I have €42 in my account. The whole situation is just ridiculous and wrong on so many levels... I only came here with the hope that N1Bet will react to this and finally act sensibly, because what they are doing is completely unacceptable and you should never recommend this casino/bookmaker to anyone.

So have you won on some sport bets, if I may ask? I'm just asking because you said that you are not a casino players, you know.

I reckon you should ask you bank if there is any possibility they could provide you with this kind of statement, could be worth trying.🤷‍♀️

I have already tried to talk with the bank multiple times to no avail. I didn't even win sportsbets recently, I'm about to get a big cashback bonus next monday, but I'm unsure if I should try completing the 3x rollover in their given 24 hour timeframe by depositing more, when I'm unsure if I will ever be able to withdraw any of it in the first place... That's why it's important that this issue is resolved by monday, atleast to an extend where I'm confident that they will eventually let me withdraw my money again, so I can be comfortable depositing money to try and make use of the cashback bonus.

In this case, I reckon, you will need to wait until you will be able to provide the monthly statement from your bank account, as this is the documentation they have asked you for. it is always better to fully cooperate with the casino to be able to get your money, I could say.

Hey, I’d just like to say that I don’t think anyone on our team would be able to help you if the only problem is that you didn’t manage to win. Unfortunately, that’s often how it goes at a casino. It’s obviously frustrating to see that bonus buys or even regular play don’t yield results, but no casino guarantees that. From what I’ve seen, the casino doesn’t have fake or rigged games, so that’s the only argument I can think of that might help you, but in my opinion, players can’t even prove things like that. It would be very difficult, and a casino probably couldn’t even afford to do that.

Thank you for your reply, too. I’d say that whenever you feel this way, it’s better to take a break and not play. Don’t tell yourself that something has to come up now or that you should chase losses and so on. Gambling should be just an occasional activity that doesn’t, of course, cost you the money you need.

RTP is calculated on million spins, so the thing is, if you think that after I don't know 500 spins you know RTP isn't right, that is probably also not true.
